Enterprise Incident Management Redefined by VictorOps

VictorOps, the real-time incident management company for DevOps teams, recently announced the availability of both advanced, tailored products: VictorOps Standard and VictorOps Enterprise to support organizations of all sizes. VictorOps customers are now offered a choice between an alerting and collaborative platform, and a more comprehensive Incident Management Suite. The new products provide on-call teams with a virtual environment where they can resolve incidents quickly and seamlessly without any location or device dependence. Unlike other offerings from the competitors, both products support the complete DevOps incident lifecycle by allowing teams to prepare for, react to and recover from each incident.
“Both products provide basic alerting as well as collaborative problem solving, making the entire process easier for on-call teams from first alert to final retrospective. However, our Enterprise tier specifically addresses the needs of companies with large on-call teams that require advanced incident routing and automated documentation," says Joni Klippert, Vice President, VictorOps.
VictorOps Enterprise is equipped with certain features in addition to those available in the Standard edition that pairs intelligent routing and alert annotations to improve time-to-resolution. These newly appended features include the Transmogrifier, Enterprise Integration, Single Sign-On (SSO), Built-In Voice Conferencing, Unlimited API Calls, Advanced Reporting and Premium Success Management.
“Over the last year our customer base has been instrumental in the development and validation of these features. As a result, we decided to upgrade all existing customers to our top tier of service, VictorOps Enterprise, at no additional cost,” articulates Joni.
Apart from the built-in features of the VictorOps Enterprise suite, end users are free to incorporate custom add-ons based on their need. These add-ons can range from Custom Onboarding and Implementation, DevOps Training and Education, Custom Service-Level Agreements and Accessibility for Internal Non-Technical Audiences.
