Epsilon Solutions USA LLC: Technological Expertise to help Businesses Perform Better
Epsilon understands that the cloud is an apt solution for the current demand. However, it is not a complete solution. Cloud is definitely the biggest advantage from a business standpoint, but having access to the cloud doesn't necessarily mean organizations can deliver products faster to the market. This has called for the development of microservices derived from the kind of requests Epsilon has been getting from its clients. “Organizations are now more open to new ways of doing things, and this has led to the expansion of DevOps tool base and industry,” says Hamina Chowdhury, owner and chairperson, Epsilon Solutions USA LLC.
Hamina’s team has been working with organizations whose core IT infrastructure is in legacy systems and start-ups that are born in the cloud. Both sets of clients have their own challenges. Therefore, the company emphasizes on listening to customers. The team at Epsilon carries out detailed conversations with clients to understand the business use case and define the scope of work. In each of these associations, the company ensures cost optimization and scalability so that its clients don’t end up paying huge bills.
Especially in the times of COVID-19, the company has been involved in the deployment of new applications, especially for schools and universities. Learning Management Systems (LMS) have been in high demand, and Epsilon has already deployed numerous variations of LMS for their clients. One such client approached Epsilon to develop LMS for their students who wanted to learn to use Adobe Creative Suite. The institute could not host classes at their facility, and going virtual was the only option available. However, the Adobe Creative Cloud has to be instructor-based learning on a physical computer. To create a virtual learning environment, one would traditionally require a minimum of 6 months. However, they were on a tight schedule and needed a solution at the earliest so as to not to keep students waiting for long. Epsilon understood the requirement and came up with an LMS system built on an open platform, which allowed the infrastructure to stream the Adobe Creative Cloud class through AWS app. To keep the class engaging, there was another window where the students could launch Adobe Creative Cloud while attending the class. “We were able to deliver the solution in less than two months and the client is already hosting classes online from their lab,” adds Hamina.

Epsilon has been delivering a host of technology solutions, ranging from chatbots to ensuring compliance throughout the pandemic. Hamina believes that the scope of their work will continue to increase beyond this pandemic as her team will mature and hone its skills to cater to the growing demands of large organizations.
